Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have honored CIENCE as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials™. This is CIENCE's first time on this prestigious list, coming in at #14 this year. This high recognition places CIENCE as one of the best companies to work for in the country.

Best Workplaces for Millennials

Great Place to Work evaluated the differences in over 413,000 millennials’ survey responses compared to those of other generations taken from its annual workforce study. This report consisted of over one million employee survey responses and data from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. 

Company rankings were based on sixty employee experience questions from the Great Place to Work Trust Index™ survey. In this survey, 97% of CIENCE employees said the company is a great place to work, exceeding the 57% average of a typical U.S. company.

Great Place to Work stands out as the only company culture award that selects its recipients based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are assessed on how well they are able to create a great employee experience regardless of age, gender, disability status, and other aspects of who the employees are or what their role is.

CIENCE's survey responses reflect these values, embracing a work culture where all employees are treated with fairness and respect. Top employee statements include:

• 99% believe people here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.
• 98% think that employees are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
• 98% of people here are treated fairly regardless of their age.
• 97% of employees are treated fairly regardless of their race.
