We are dedicated to providing meaningful and respectful person-centered programming to empower people to expand their relationships and contribute to society. Via person centered tools and individualized behavior assessments, we work towards creating a meaningful plan that helps each person reach their personal goals and potential. Job coaches work directly with person served to implement the individuals ISP. Our job coaches and staff work with individuals in three different levels of support 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, staff to person served ratios. The ultimate goal is to reduce maladaptive behaviors and develop skills that will allow for the transition to a less restrictive setting and ultimately create meaningful relationships, including obtaining paid employment.
