TPHSACs programming objective is to meet the needs of the referring agencies, as well as being culturally responsive to the minority/African-American population of substance abusers and criminal offendersTPHSAC employs only licensed substance abuse counselors. Each counselor shares the founders passion and commitment to healing lives.
