I grew The Mitchell Agency at a very fast rate and was ranked in the Top 10 Agencies across the entire state year after year. The bigger we grew the quicker I realized that only being able to provide my customers with 1 choice for Home, Auto, Life, Business, etc. from 1 company wasn't the type of agency I wanted to grow. I thought that my clients could be better served by having choices and so I moved my agency from being a Captive Agency to an Independent Agency. As an Independent Agency we are able to provide our clients with multiple insurance proposals from multiple insurance carriers.
