As a Member of the Alternative Entity Sub-Committee, he participates in the drafting of amendments to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act and the Delaware Uniform Partnership Act. The Sub-Committee annually proposes the amendments to the Delaware General Assembly for its consideration. Mr. Goldbergs participation on the drafting committee places him in a unique position to regularly lecture on limited liability companies.
