The Company has developed an industry-first continuous-flow manufacturing processes which unlike traditional batch processing delivers highly uniform products and is quickly and easily scalable. QMC has two metric tons of production capacity, the largest of any manufacturer of cadmium-free quantum dots. QDXTM Quantum Dots are the latest nanotech breakthrough from Quantum Materials. Designed to withstand high heat, oxidation, and moisture without degrading, QDXTM surmount implementation constraints due to lack of environmental stability. For example, QDXTM will enable QD use in displays without expensive barrier films for encapsulation.
