We are not brokers or insurance agents driven by commissions. We are consultants who design plans and alternate risk solutions to save clients 40 to 50% on healthcare premiums while offering better benefits for employees. We do not represent insurance carriers but instead work for our clients. Our relationships with Direct Care Providers, Captive Managers, and TPA's allow us to offer innovative, cost-cutting solutions to the SMB market. We operate on a fee basis, so we are not incentivized by commissions to place clients in high-cost plans. Once a plan is in place we become an extension of your team, handling not only open enrollment activity, but also provide regular employee education, enroll new hires, and process and member changes on behalf of our clients.
