In Anchorage, Alaskas largest market, JL owns and manages over two million square feet of Class A commercial office space, nearly 25 percent of the Class A market. JL developed the Centerpoint office park, which includes some of Alaskas iconic office buildings, among them the JL Tower, the ASRC Building, and the Centerpoint West Building. The company has also developed a number of other major projects, including the Anchorage Convention Center (co-developer), the National Park Service Headquarters, the Calista Corporation Headquarters, and the Cook Inlet Tribal Council Headquarters. JL has also acquired a number of premiere properties, including the ConocoPhillips Headquarters buildings, the Denali Tower, and the Calais buildings. The company is active in Anchorage retail development. It developed OMalley Square, an upscale retail center, and is developing several other retail projects nearby. In addition, JL acquired and operates Glenn Square, with over 183,000 square feet of retail space. JL is one of the largest owners of multi-family housing in Alaska.
