Because the ownership of CMI were previously electric contractors for over 20 years, the problems of experience, competitive pay and reliability in people were some issues they faced on a daily basis. What they experienced were people sent out on jobs that were not thoroughly vetted. This caused major problems in productivity, profitability and quality.
