We are a unique caregiver registry that brokers approximately 150 caregivers who are screened, bonded and liability-insured. Clients hire caregivers directly for a referral fee (see Rates). In our model, called consumer-directed care, clients and caregivers determine the details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation. Our independent caregivers provide all levels of personal care, from companionship to hospice, as determined between client and caregiver. We are frequently the #1 choice for caregivers because: We are a small, privately owned caregiver referral company since 1998 Consumers maintain greater control and choice over the hiring process by selecting their caregivers from our stable pool, and we encourage interviewing caregivers first. Caregivers serve the entire Portland Metro Area (and will travel beyond it for 24-hour care), including Beaverton, Clackamas, Hillsboro, Gresham, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, OR, as well as Vancouver, WA. Our caregivers serve Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington in Oregon, and Clark County (Vancouver WA) counties and can also do special searches to recruit caregivers in your area for you to meet; and our Portland/Vancouver office is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; voice messages are responded to on Sundays. We efficiently gather basic client information for the matching process so that our caregiver candidates may be referred right away!
