I live in Ames, IA with my amazing wife Nichole, daughter Nora, and dog Layla. I love light, shadows, and telling beautiful stories with images. My approach to photography is collaborative, creative, and authentic. I work to create a comfortable, relaxed, positive experience where you can be yourself. What is important to me are stories. When Im documenting your wedding or event, I want to produce images that portray the narrative that is taking place, as well as the mood, feeling, and other intangible elements.
