Licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health's Division of Behavioral Health and accredited by CARF, ASACs team of Certified Prevention Specialists, counselors and direct care staff follow the continuum of care to ensure individuals and communities are safe, healthy and drug-free. Serving more than 3,300 individuals per year across a seven-county service area, ASAC offers treatment using a whole-person approach including specialized services for adolescents, pregnant women, mothers with children and adults. ASAC is part of the IDPH Integrated Provider Network, with services funded by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the US Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
