Research Manager

I oversee the creation and accuracy of highly-targeted lead lists. I’m painstaking in my Quality Assurance (QA) processes, enabling clients to trust the underlying data is complete and error-free.

I meet with clients regularly to validate existing leads, obtain approvals and review progress. I’m meticulous when it comes to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles) lists of targets we build together.  Usually, we are working against a suppression list and must filter out competitors, any old data, and also screen against multiple filters to ensure only the right leads are found and delivered.

My professional approach is to guide our Researchers to use the best methods to find decision makers at target accounts. We access sophisticated AI / ML tools, including the CIENCE DB, which help us meet aggressive quotas.
