Answer: YogaYou was founded by Sharla Holladay in June 2007 and it became a wonderful oasis for health minded yogis in the central Arkansas area as well as a start of many more aspects of YogaYou. The Yoga Alliance approved Yoga School was born in 2008, directed by Sharla Holladay and since then has graduated small groups of well qualified, dynamic yoga teachers into the community, most of which are teaching consistently since graduating. Sharla has traveled extensively in Costa Rica, and has a passion for the rainforest, and the wonderful people that reside in the country. She hosted her first yoga retreat there in February 2008 at beautiful Finca La Anita in the rainforest, surrounded by tropical birds and foliage. Sharla and the other teachers at YogaYou are well trained, with a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, with a focus on alignment and some therapeutic applications. In June of 2012 YogaYou discontinued scheduling classes at the Pine Street location in Cabot. Now the corporation focuses on retreats, teacher trainings and workshops.
