Xeray Systems has primary operating assets located in Vicksburg, MS, and other strategic assets located along the Gulf Coast, Mid-West, NY Harbor, and Southeast United States. Xeray Systems, Inc. was founded in Houston, TX in 1995 by Ray Mt. Joy, who quickly became a pioneer in his field by acquiring numerous refinery feedstock and off-take agreements. In 1996, Xeray joined NORA (National Oil Recyclers Association) where Mr. Mt Joy served as President during 2004 and was a longstanding board member. Xeray Systems continues its partnership and support of this organization today. In 2013, Xeray Systems was acquired by a group of private investors with over 100 years of oil industry experience.
