We are a female focused non-profit that creates inclusive opportunities for women to live their boldest, most enriched lives through mindfulness, movement, and community impact. We are focused on creating bridges between women to break down barriers and bridge the divide so we can better form authentic relationships and work together for a greater cause. Community Community is the root of everything we do. We seek to contribute to our communities and provide opportunities for others to be a part of something bigger than themselves. This includes: Organizing activities with proceeds going to non-profits and those in need. Offering accessible donation based classes and workshops.
