Answer: The Wisconsin Holstein Association (WHA) is a not-for-profit membership organization with the purpose of promoting the Registered Holstein breed and its breeders and owners. WHA provides its members with the opportunity for statewide recognition and education through conventions, district, state and national shows; and recognition programs for animals and members alike. Our Wisconsin Junior Holstein Association strives to increase knowledge and provide opportunities to youth by involvement through the Registered Holstein project. The Association strives to positively influence young people by recognizing and congratulating them for their achievements and accomplishments in the industry. Junior members are under the age of 21.
