We wanted to create an environment that supported the whole person from acute injury and throughout their disease diagnosis journey. We pride ourselves on our one-on-one specialized Physical Therapy (PT) treatments, individually designed based on the patient's diagnosis, goals, and lifestyle. Our specialized group fitness classes are designed by our Physical Therapist team using evidence-based exercise focused on disease management and prevention. Parkinsons Wellness , Osteoporosis, Balance and fall Prevention, Fine Motor Skills, Stress Reduction, and so much more. Our classes build a sense of community amongst varying diagnoses and give our clients an opportunity to be an active participant in their disease management. Another way we support our patients, is by supporting their care team. We offer Caregiver Support groups, Respite Events, and classes to inform Caregivers on how to support their loved ones and keep them as independent as possible. Our Caregiver support group offers the resources, experience, and understanding needed to guide each other on the unpredictable path Wellness 360 offers community support through boot-camp-style classes, seminars, staff training, and educational events. At Wellness 360, We understand that the presence of disease will make your fitness needs unique. We truly believe that when prescribed correctly, EXERCISE is MEDICINE.
