Today, there are close to 100 full-time and part-time employees of Waves. A broad range of services and supports are provided to over 150 children and adults in Williamson County each year through our Early Learning, Adult Services, and Office Recycling Programs. Programs include: The Early Learning Program provides play-based early learning, developmental assessment, and treatment protocols for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The Adult Day Programs in Fairview and Franklin, both center-based and community transitions based, serve more than 50 individuals every weekday. The Adult Residential Program, which includes a Semi-independent Living Program, operates eight homes and four apartments in Fairview and Franklin and currently provides around-the-clock support and services for 27 individuals.
