We proudly serve King, Skagit, Snohomish, Island, and Whatcom counties. Our mission is to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients in the attainment of their goals for employment and community involvement. We accomplish this with a person-centered approach by: Supporting clients in all relevant job search and retention activities Enhancing skills and abilities suited to the individuals goals Establishing strong connections with community stakeholders We contract with various State agencies such as the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Division for Services for the Blind (DSB), and offer a variety of transition programs aimed at preparing high school students for employment post-graduation. We also stand apart from other agencies by offering specialized Deaf services for our clients from our Deaf Services Team.
