Bud Ware and Mike Littlejohn started Ware Mechanical, Inc. in 1984. Bud started in the air conditioning business in 1956. Mike started in 1973. Bud and Mike worked together for 11 years before starting Ware Mechanical. While we congratulate Bud on his recent retirement, Mike continues operating Ware Mechanical with the same business principles they have had since the very beginningto provide a good value to our customers by doing quality work at a reasonable price. That is still our top priority. We sell quality Trane equipment for residential projects and both Trane and Carrier for commercial and industrial projects. We service all brands of equipment. Our technicians are N.A.T.E. certified and factory trained, and we provide training on a continuous basis.
