Your patients will find expert physical therapy care delivered in a comfortable environment. We schedule only one patient at a time to offer individualized treatment to each patient. To enhance our physical therapy services, we also offer individual and small-group exercise training to encourage ongoing wellness and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. Jennifer Sergeant Hungate, PT, DPT, WCS, MS Jennifer is a Board Certified Specialist in Women's Health Physical Therapy. She specializes in the physical therapy management of conditions related to women's health including prenatal and post-partum related pain, incontinence, bowel and bladder dysfunction and back and pelvic pain. She is able to effectively and efficiently treat these conditions through her training and expertise developed at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago working with Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Integrated Pelvic Health program. Amy Pawlik, PT, DPT, CCS Amy is a Board Certified Specialist in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy. Amy developed her expertise in treating movement disorders related to diabetes, cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, deconditioning and balance while working with patients with heart and lung conditions from the intensive care unit to outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation at the University of Chicago Medicine. She is published and teaches extensively on the physical therapy care of patients who have experienced prolonged hospitalization and critical illness.
