Upon the inception of our investment company, one of the first questions asked was: how do we control the construction, materials and quality costs of our value-add assets? The idea turned into an overnight success. TAS was born and has since become one of the premier industry experts in Southern California for value add construction in the multifamily and commercial space. Our customers invest in our service because, first, we have a unique viewpoint; we see assets from all perspectives: investors, management companies, and the contractors. This allows us to truly analyze and determine what the best direction is for any given asset. Second, we have been able to produce construction materials at competitive pricing by eliminating the middle-man. We control nearly every cost associated with our renovations including luxury vinyl plank flooring, kitchen and bath cabinets, quartz counter tops, as well as plumbing and electrical fixtures. We have consolidated our supply chain and work directly with the manufacturers. This allows us to provide materials at an obtainable cost. The manufacturers that produce our products are the same for the largest and most highly regarded construction material suppliers in the country. This allows us to provide that same exceptional quality. This is the crossroad where exceptional quality meets obtainable prices; an investors dream. In fact, this was our dream when we asked ourselves how we were going to control both the quality and the cost of materials. Now we are sharing that dream with you.
