TRIBUNA targets multiple generations of immigrant populations those who prefer to receive their news in their native tongue as well as those transcending language barriers. The papers print layout allows for English on the top portion of the page and a Portuguese or Spanish translation of that same article on the bottom of the page. TRIBUNA is more than just a newspaper. It is a tool to promote cross-cultural learning, inspire new immigrant communities to become involved in the areas in which they live as well as providing a window to American readers to be a part of the multicultural world around them, said Celia Bacelar, TRIBUNA Newspaper Founder and Publisher.
