In 1970 The Galley Hatch was established as a family owned and operated restaurant. Since then, the torch has been passed from the Late Kay and Michael Tinios to son John Tinios. Tinios and Co-Owner of Popovers on the Square and Popovers at Brickyard Square, Master Baker Chef Steve James, developed the Group's second concept of an open aired cafe and bakery in 2006. Six years later Tinios took on Food and Beverage at Pease Golf Course, Grill 28. Currently, Tinios Pro Hospitality Group has four separate restaurant locations and a Commissary baking facility totaling 7 different concepts.
