Answer: Hi, I'm Karen Williams, MC, LIMHP. As a licensed mental health provider in the state of Nebraska and a certified Body Breakthrough Coach, I am now offering two services for you to choose from! Both are confidential, on your schedule, and take place in the comfort of wherever you want to be - even in your jammies from home! As a therapist, licensed in my wonderful state of Nebraska, I am delighted to serve my fellow Nebraskans with this technological option. Coaching is regulated differently, and I can serve anyone, anywhere. During this time of tremendous upheaval, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I have received a lot of requests for therapy in a safe environment. Telehealth options are plentiful, and I am now using Doxy.me, a fully confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform to provide video-chat telehealth appointments with my therapy clients here in Nebraska. I can use this same platform for my coaching clients, too! And YES, I am still offering coaching services with My ThinSide Out and the Body Breakthrough Method ...
