Answer: Providing personal training, fitness, weight loss, and nutritional coaching to the south Minneapolis suburbs (Eagan, Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley) Health, fitness, and exercise have always been a major part of my life. Ive played sports since I was a kid and throughout high school and college. I started resistance training when I was 15 and have enjoyed its benefits ever since. Ive also been both an athlete and a coach, so I have plenty of experience on both ends of that spectrum. Finally, Ive worked in the fitness industry since 2004, doing one-on-one training, Boot Camps, and just about everything in between: Specific areas of expertise: - Fat Loss / Weight Loss (of course!) - Sports Performance / Athletic Enhancement - Corrective Exercise and Pain Management - Bodybuilding - Boxing - Kettlebells - Outdoor Training (large group Boot Camps, etc.) Ive dealt with pretty much every type of individual you can imagine: teenagers looking to add muscle and perform better in their sport, all the way to people in their 70s who just want to move better and stay injury-free. Each client brings with them their own set of challenges, and the journey to their goals is not without its bumps in the road. However, every single person always gets stronger, feels better, and becomes more confident. No matter what you want to achieve in your quest for fitness and health, I will help you get there!
