Our company founder and president, James Perlman, and his affiliates currently own more than 1,000 units of apartment communities in the Chicago metropolitan area and manage more than 300 units. The Perlmark Housing Group expertise is to develop and manage luxury affordable rental facilities. Offering affordable, luxurious one and two bedroom spacious apartments located within thriving communities throughout the Chicagoland area, while also providing scenic, convenient locations that are close to wonderful restaurants, fun shopping and easy access to public transportation. We offer our residents exciting monthly activates and an array of supportive services. The Perlmark Housing Group continues its efforts to expanding its portfolio.
