Answer: Since 1946, The Olnick Organization (Olnick) has been one of New York's premier developers and property managers, beginning their journey in Riverdale and later expanding into Manhattan. In 1946, founder Robert S. Olnick pioneered the development of residential housing in the Riverdale section of New York City. In the five decades that followed, Olnick built thousands of New York City apartments, millions of square feet of commercial space, and several hotels. Among the company's most significant developments is Lenox Terrace, one of the first Urban Renewal projects to be built under City Construction Coordinator, Robert Moses. Olnick, with its partners (Fisher and Lefrak), was also the first developer of apartments in Battery Park City. Olnick also built the Excelsior, the tallest cooperative building when constructed. Today, Olnick carries on the company's traditions of high quality, visionary development and superior property management. With experience earned over decades, a superior team of professionals and strong capital base, Olnick is well positioned to maintain its leadership role in shaping the real estate industry of tomorrow.
