Our mission is to create a tranquil and mindful school one staff member and student at a time. We aim to lower behavioral referrals, suspension and expulsion rates, to increase test scores and student learning via data based interventions and yoga philosophy. Our goal is simple: to provide high-quality, universal social-emotional learning to as many students, teachers, and families as possible. Developing skills to cope with stress and promote mindfulness is as critical to a childs education as reading, writing, mathematics, and science. Every child deserves a high-quality social-emotional education. Every teacher with a sincere, positive intention is capable of teaching mindfulness through meditation.
