As a IRS recognized tax-exempt mentoring organization, our agency is comprised of executive, managerial and entry level professionals who truly have a passion to come together as an effective team and work with youth and children between the ages of 5-14. The Board Chairman and its elected members provide overall accountability to the President (CEO) whose responsible for strategic leadership in operations and fundraising. MMIs Board members developed Austin Comets Athletics, the subsidiary flagship program, in the winter of the 2012. Since its implementation in 2013 Austin Comets Athletics, a sports fraternity, has served 100+ youth over 5 years.
