We want you to feel at home, in your den and enjoy. You want your chair, a cold one and maybe even a TV dinner. But, you know, a classy TV dinner. We can deliver. The Den of Hollywood is not your typical Sunset Strip hang. No velvet ropes, no lines and no reservations needed, but we take them of course, Just come on by. The Den of Hollywood is decorated with a stone-covered entrancepeaked ceilings, a fireplace, fire pit outside, totally casualWe want you to feel like it is your den, if you lived on the Sunset Strip...and if the Sunset Strip were in Aspen. You almost want to take off your shoes. Almost. Grab a booth by the fireplace and get started with a Starburst Martini or a Suicide Martini. And you'll probably be hungry for some shareable comfort food like Classic Hot Wings, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Pork Belly Tacos, The Den Classic Cheeseburger and, yes, the TV Dinnerit changes weekly, but the standard is Salisbury Steak, buttermilk potatoes, peas and carrots, and a cookie. The chef, Dan Murray has marked time at JiRaffe and the Viceroy, so you can consider it a pretty significant step up from shopping the frozen-food aisle. No offense to Swanson's. As for Brunch, we serve it on Saturday's and Sunday's from Noon to 3:00pm. With Pancake dishes and Egg dishes along with some of our most popular Salads and Sandwiches. Happy Hour is every day from 3:00pm to 7:00pm with a special small plates menu that is discounted 50%. Well Drinks, Tap Beer and House Wine are discounted 50% as well For late night cravings, we offer the Small Plates menu to our guests till close.
