Answer: We are combating under-employment among military Veterans through a unique 6-week program. The Catalyst combines traditional in-class education, on-the-job shadowing, business training and intense networking to allow for a successful transition out of the military for Veterans and spouses. Over the length of the program, we teach Veterans how to translate their experience from the military into the benefits they bring to companies. Through this process they gain clarity in what they want to do and where their passions lie. This allows our graduates to retain, or regain, their confidence, find their direction, and most importantly move into their new career at a suitable level for their skill-set. It's not about just finding a job. It's about maintaining your intrinsic value and finding the next step for your career and life. Guided by those who have experienced it themselves.
