Each issue provides insight on a broad range of legal topics covering national and state legal developments. Currently in its eighty-seventh volume, TLR is a quarterly journal of legal scholarship published by second and third year students at the University of Tennessee College of Law, with guidance from faculty advisors and the business manager. Articles are authored by professors, practitioners, and law students addressing topics of interest to legal scholars, practicing attorneys, legislators, judges, and students.
