Using the TAP approach, clients reach their full potential both on and off the field. To master a TAP workout is to master one's own body awareness and be able to tap into their power without physical limitations or restrictions. TAP Strength offers several types of services in our Westport, CT studio. These include Performance Coaching, Performance Therapy, and Group Exercise & Mobility Classes. Our two primary services - Therapy and Coaching -- are what we refer to as our TAP TRACKS: PERFORMANCE THERAPY The TAP Performance Therapists help clients to heal themselves through hands-on manual therapy and fascial manipulation to allow the body to recover from injury and bounce back more quickly from future stressors. This is the starting point for those with pain and musculoskeletal imbalances. Once stabilized, it is encouraged that you move to Performance Coaching to maintain your progress and build strength. PERFORMANCE COACHING Performance Coaching at TAP is geared toward each individual client based on our proven approach. We evaluate each individual's needs and goals to create a functional personal training program unique to them. Performance Coaching is the starting point for those looking to build strength and flexibility and improve. It is the second phase of treatment for TAP Performance Therapy clients. Clients are encouraged to move between tracks as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
