We had grown tired of the industry focus on production numbers, sales quotes, and assets under management, as those industry measures and incentives rarely help clients with managing and planning their wealth. Achieving a certain assets under management quota one quarter has nothing to do with helping Sally and Tito retire confidently at 62, allowing them to spend their early retirement years riding horses. Similarly, selling a specified amount of insurance premium next year has nothing to do with protecting Gerrys family so his non-working spouse will have the money needed to pay the bills and stay in the house with their three children in the event of his premature demise. Our ideal client is one who wants to enjoy life. Our clients typically work 8-10 hours a day and want to go home afterward to spend time with their family and friends. Our retired clients want to do the same.
