Answer: Symphony Behavioral Health is founded by experienced clinicians with the desire to do good. Our mission is to create a company that understands the importance of treating our clients with dignity and respect while providing services that are evidence based. We provide a person-centered approach that is trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming. No symphony is created alone. It requires collaboration, a common goal, and synchronization among all the members. Most importantly, a symphony is meant to be shared with others. It is our belief that by providing a uniquely supportive and encouraging work environment for our employees, it will directly benefit the clients whom we are so blessed to be providing care for. We provide ABA therapy to help increase communication, play, social skills, self-regulation, and self-help skills for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and those diagnosed with other Developmental Delays. We also work on decreasing maladaptive behaviors such as tantrums, self-injury, and aggression, while increasing socially significant alternative behaviors.
