We are committed to sourcing the finest quality ingredients, like Tupelo honey from the Apalachicola river region in Florida, unbleached and unbromated King Arthur Special flour or Valrhona chocolate from France. We use as little machinery as possible in our production, relying instead on well trained, experienced hands and preserving the true craft of artisanal baking. Using a traditional slow fermentation process that allows our breads to rise naturally overnight, we bake everything fresh to order, without preservatives. We believe that our passion for what we do is evident in each and every Stone Mill product and look forward to introducing you our breads, pastry & desserts.
