Stone Bridge has a very conservative investment philosophy where the firm looks to limit downside risk rather than trying to create outsized market returns for its clients. This conservative philosophy means that the investment strategies and money managers often employ hedges or portfolio protection. This conservative theme that resonates throughout our investment strategies and solutions is a product of the past investment experiences of both Erik and David from the mid to late 1990s.
