We provide a full spectrum of services, including financial packages, business management, full service management packages and even basic consultation services to homeowners associations. After ten years of serving a four county area, in 2000 we made a conscious decision to reduce our geographic borders and we now concentrate on properties located in Sonoma County as our primary focus. This has resulted in a more hands-on level of service to a more select clientele and we feel both our employees and our clients have benefited from this decision. Our offices are located in Petaluma, which is convenient to the communities we serve and we encourage our clients to drop in anytime they are in the area. We maintain a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, live answering service to handle emergency problems that are property threatening or that cannot wait until the next business day. Our managers are assisted by a full service accounting and support staff. We utilize modern computer technology to maintain the highest level of efficiency possible while continuing to maintain a realistic sensitivity to costs. We have a strong commitment to the association management industry and participate in association management trade organizations and continuing education regularly. We are members of Community Associations Institute, Executive Council of Homeowners and California Association of Community Managers. We have sponsored educational programs for Board members, served as staff for Community Associations Institute ABC Leadership courses for Board members, and maintain a strong Commitment to professional designations and the continuing education of our staff.
