Answer: The St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources (DD Resources) is a publicly funded agency that distributes funds to service providers for community-based services to persons who have a developmental disability and desire to remain in their homes and community. DD Resources also provides Targeted Case Management support to individuals at least three (3) years of age who have developmental disabilities. To be eligible for services through DD Resources, an individual must be registered with the Department of Mental Health/St. Louis Regional Office, a resident of the City of St. Louis and currently receiving Medicaid. Staff that provides case management support are called Service Advocates. Service Advocates assist individuals with identifying their needs and connects them to community-based services such as: *Supported living *Housing *Employment *Transportation *Utility assistance *Assistance with completing applications *Assistance with Individualized Education Planning *Camp
