SKC's programs include: Early Start Family Resource Center - SKC is one of California's 47 Early Start FRC's, providing 1:1 support and guidance to families with children, ages 0 to 3 years, who have developmental delays. STAR Toy Library - STAR stands for Special Toys And Resources. SKC's lending library houses over 1,000 toys, therapy tools, and books for families. Membership is free of charge. REACH Community Programs - REACH programs provide recreational opportunities for children with special needs in inclusive settings. Through REACH, children participate in activities such as basketball, theatre, culinary arts, golf and more -- all alongside their typically-developing peers. Educational Workshop - Knowledge is power!
