Speakcheesy has been a long-standing food truck concept. Founded in 2014 by owner Hill and her two best friends, the Speakcheesy food truck is now a family affair operated by Hill, her partner Be, and their trusted friends and family. When Hill and Ben arent operating the ATL-based ghost kitchen Tuesdays - Thursdays, the food truck can be found at festivals and events all around Georgia, Eastern Alabama, and Southeastern Tennessee on the weekends.
