In 2014, the brand was bought by Josh Poertner and moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Poertner, the former Technical Director at Zipp Speed Weaponry set out to revive the brand using the same values, beliefs and passion that made the brand iconic in the first place. Today, SILCA is located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana and is once again capturing the hearts and attention of cycling enthusiasts around the world. Beginning with the relaunch of the SuperPista Ultimate Floor Pump, we've expanded our product line-up to now include a multitude of floor pumps, high-end tools, durable packs, an innovative line-up of mobile inflation products, and replacement parts for products that span decades. We're also heavily involved in the sport of cycling and work with partners like German professional cycling team BORA-Hansgrohe to continue research on tire pressures and other bicycle systems in order to advance our understanding of how they relate to overall performance.
