We strive to add value to our clients by maximizing their IT investments and offering guidance throughout their IT life cycle. Wherever possible. Many IT consultant companies have a centralized model. Customers call into their office and they send out a tech (could be a different person every time). At STAC, we assign a person to each account in the hopes they can become intimately familiar with their business and environment, be able to make recommendations, be proactive, etc. We have heard from our clients that they really prefer this model. They like to get to know their assigned person and prefer this consistency. STAC has 8 techs on staff and we work as a team. Even though the client never sees this, behind the scenes we work together if we encounter difficult problems, need a 2nd set of eyes, etc. This leads to faster resolution of problems and a very high amount of expertise that can be thrown at any problem. Our size also allows our techs to take a day off or a vacation and not have the client suffer.
