We are very comfortable working with titanium. Our services consist of CNC programming, documentation, tool and fixture design, solid modeling, drawings, and consulting services; which cover implementation of process templates, tool libraries, speed and feed data, optimization of programs to maximize productivity, and lean manufacturing. We can work with any company to convert their programming department to CATIA from their existing program software as well as, catalog and standardize tooling for any existing fixtures. We can create a 3-D model from a 2-D drawing and verify the model. In addition, we apply user-defined functions to automate the machining and programming process. We use VERICUT full machine simulation software to detect potential collisions, excessive cutting, and synchronization of axis. This ensures machine code is efficient and error free.We can write a post for 3, 4, & 5 Axis CNC machines in CIMpro G-Post software by AUSTIN NC with the CATIA interface. We also use PostWorks universal two-through 10-axis postprocesser and postprocess generator by NCCS.We have many seats of CATIA and a full-time diverse staff of experienced programmers, whose focus is on delivery of a quality product. We are comfortable working with short lead times and can program quickly and accurately. We also have 12-15 contract programmers to help support our Customers. We have customers in thirteen states, ranging in size from 5 employees to 30,000 employees.
