Answer: We fix what others won't! Yes, we will service and repair your modern machine, computer or mechanical, but we also service, repair, and restore vintage and antique sewing machines! We won't just service your machine and send you on your way - we offer a free 6-month labor warranty with all full service, which means even if you jam your machine or something goes wrong in that time, it's free for you to bring it back in and have it re-serviced. As a quilter, I know how hard it is to part with your machine for routine service, and I am convinced it is the #1 reason machines are neglected. I get it! But neglecting to have your machine serviced on a routine basis is the leading cause in having to replace the machine. We offer a FREE appointment system - pick the day you wish to drop off, fill out a short form, drop off the machine, and your machine will be ready in THREE business days or less (unless repair or parts are needed). We offer one-on-one classes to teach you the basic operation of your machine, we work with you (at no charge) on setting up tension for basic sewing or freemotion quilting, and to solve any head-scratching issues you may experience. We are an independent service shop - we are not a dealer, but we do sell machines on consignment. We are not in the business of selling you a new machine, we are in the business of keeping the one you love going. As a bonus, we are located inside of Red Hen Stitch Shop - 7,000 glorious square feet of fabric, notions, and quilting goodies!
