Answer: For over 40 years Senior Coastsiders has been providing opportunities, support and resources for older adults and adults with disabilities living on the Coastside, from Montara to Pescadero and Skyline to the Sea. At Senior Coastsiders, our programs include exercise classes such as yoga, pilates, functional mobility, QiGong and Rosen Movement; activities such as watercolor painting, creative writing, card making, line dancing and Mah Jong; and services such as grief support, Parkinson's support, computer help and much more. We also serve lunch every weekday in our spacious dining room and deliver meals to homebound older adults and adults with disabilities up and down the coast. The organization also serves as a resource for the entire local community for information on aging, support of caregivers, and development of innovative approaches to address issues of aging. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults by offering a place to build friendships, learn new skills, get moving and become part of a caring community.
