Sefas offices are located in the USA, France and UK. Sefas was conceived in the early 90s as a spinoff of the European Ariane space program. In 1999, Sefas started its US operations. In 2010, the Groupe La Poste acquired Sefas. Sefas is now considered a leader in omnichannel customer communication management with deployments at many of the largest enterprise sites and service bureaus worldwide.
