Founded by Donnie Campbell, a Scotsman now based in Texas, Saltire (SAHL-TIRE) is a nickname for the flag of Scotland. To us, to be Saltire Strong means pushing through every obstacle, including those we create for ourselves. We believe the best paths to success are paved with hard work and good fun. Our values are based on the belief that fitness and nutrition goals come in all shapes and sizes. Each as valuable as the next. Everyone deserves to feel better, move better, and eat better. If you want to lose weight, run a marathon, simply have more energy, or be able to chase after grandkids...we strive to bring out the best in YOU. Online Fitness Coaching: Unlike other online offerings, you wont find a cookie cutter plan here. We create customized programs based on each clients unique goals, needs, and access to equipment. Even if all you have is resistance bands, we can create an effective plan for you. And, even when we are pushing you beyond your self-imposed limitations, we'll always make sure we have fun along the way. Online Nutrition Coaching: We have a deep love of chocolate and ice cream. And green beans (really!). We look forward to Taco Tuesdays and Saturday trips to the farmers market. We believe all foods can and should be enjoyed, regardless of your goal.
